Welcome to the First International Workshop on Model-Based Software and Data Integration - MBSDI 2008 - taking place in Berlin, Germany, on April 1-2, 2008.

The main aspect of MBSDI 2008 is to promote research in the field of model-based software engineering, specifically methodologies for data and software (component) integration.


April 4, 2008 - MBSDI Workshop successfully finished

The conference is over now. Thanks to all invited speakers, workshop speakers and to the very active audience!
Copies of the conference proceedings (Springer CCIS Vol. 8) are still available via our secretary at CIS/TU-Berlin, Claudia Gantzer <cgantzer@cs.tu-berlin.de>, for the special conference price of € 30,--.

January 28, 2008 - Additional Invited Speakers Confirmed

It is our pleasure to announce that Volker Markl (IBM Almaden Research Center, San Jose, USA), Miroslav Malek (Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, Berlin, Germany), and Stefan Tai (AIFB Universtität Karlsruhe, Karlsruhe, Germany) will give invited talks on April 1/2 (to be announced).


January 25, 2007 - Acceptance Notifications Sent

Nine papers have been accepted for MBSDI 2008. The complete workshop program will be published in a few days.


Dec 11, 2007 - Submission Deadline Expired

The paper submission deadline has expired. Results of the reviewing process will be sent out by January 20th, 2008.


Dec 05, 2007 - Submission Deadline Extension Requested

Due to several requests, we have extended our submission deadline to Mon, Dec 10, 2007, 12 p.m. GMT+1.
